He is now 18 hands tall, a gentle giant and our daughter's "Baby-boy".

![]() Bullseye: Quarter Horse rescued from a farm in VA in 2024 at 17 years of age. He was in very poor health when he arrived here, but has now been restored to complete health. He is 16 hands tall and the head of the herd.

![]() Poppy: Percheron Draft Cross Paint that came to us from a horse rescue at 6 months old in 2024 and is now our second largest horse. She will get almost as big as Stormy and will eventually be trained to pull a wagon.
![]() Asuka: Thoroughbred that came to us from a horse rescue in 2024 and was undernourished. She is now 14 hands and in good health. By far she is the most gentle of our herd. She loves to run and play with the other horses.
![]() Emerald: Tennessee Walker that came to us from a NC farm in 2024 in very poor health. We have worked diligently to get her to a complete bill of health as of her last veterinary visit. She is 14 hands and nick-named Houdini because she is our escape artist. We have watched her just step between the strands of the fence ignoring that it is electric. She is another one that is gentle to be around.
![]() Jack-Jack: Donkey that came to us early in 2023 after Stormy was attacked by coyotes. One of our dogs attacked the coyotes and drove them away and the next day we purchased Jack-Jack. Since that time we have not seen any coyotes on our property. He can be heard alerting if there is something or someone suspicious anywhere around the pasture. He is very loveable and gentle, but may sneak up behind you to give you a little nudge of kindness.
